The Inheritor - Masks: A New Generation Playbook

Your Heroic Tradition used to be a symbol to the masses, good or bad, but now they’re all but forgotten. You alone carry the torch, you alone control how it will be remembered. Let it fall to legend, revive as it was or bring it to the modern era?

 The Inheritor's themes are plain to see, the inheritance of a fallen house, the lingering resentments and hopes of others and of course one's own drive to make a mark on the world and set things right. The Inheritor has a difficult road to walk, correcting mistakes of the past, building on those mistakes and trying not to make them all over again.

The Inheritor's Extra Mechanic, Return to Glory, is laid out as a Build your Own Legacy, allowing Players to create their own Legacy Suite of abilities, gain access to mechanical effects similar to the core Legacy Playbook and to shape the fiction of the world around the rise of a new Heroic Tradition within the city. Once you've established yourself however, the Inheritor has a choice. To take the mantle in full and leave the Team or to let someone else pick the mantle up and forge a new path.

The Liminal is inspired by Uryu Ishida from Bleach,  Killer Frost from the DCUniverse, Uchiha Sasuke from Naruto  and  Raidou Kuzunoha from the game series Shin Megami  Tensei.
